Rollin Fabrications have forged a solid working relationship with Premier Galvanizing
since their introduction to ourselves in 2002.
Having exhausted our endeavours to find a local galvaniser that could provide a
complete and effective service we now place our entire galvanising requirements
with Premier. They clearly understand the importance of putting customer needs first
and invest in employing experienced personnel. From shop floor operatives to senior
management, all staff are competent in their roles and their understanding of team
work is clearly demonstrated. All their staff are approachable, treat customers
courteously and have sound knowledge of their trade.
Employing a night shift enables them to turn work around very quickly and most of our
work is completed on a next day basis which is vital to our production needs. In
a competitive market where quality and customer focus seem to suffer it is reassuring
to know that Premier Galvanizing always deliver on their promise. We at Rollin Fabrications
believe this level of service cannot be surpassed by any other national galvaniser.

Shand Engineering design and manufacture hose couplings used in the transmission
of crude oil offshore. The quality of our products is of vital importance to both
our customers and the end users who are predominantly divisions of 'Blue Chip' multinational
corporations.
We have used Premier Galvanizing for many years to provide all of our galvanizing
requirements and have found them to be very responsive, quality-minded and price
competitive to the extent that we consider them part of our 'team'.
Because Shand are a relatively small company we need to rely on a small group of
sub-contractors in order to achieve our customers’ expectations. Premier Galvanizing
have been key to our success.
We have recently manufactured, galvanized and delivered the first new digital mast
to a site in Cumbria for Arqiva/Alan Dick, which when commissioned will be part
of UK's national digital TV network.
The project involved some 300 tonnes of steelwork fabricated and galvanized to stringent
technical and quality standards together with a critical delivery programme. Premier
Galvanizing, with whom we have a close working partnership, provided us with welcomed
technical expertise thus ensuring the design was suitable for galvanizing and greatly
assisted us in meeting the required quality and delivery demands placed on this
prestigious contract.
